FIVE STEPS TO A BETTER SMILE

Have you ever wondered why some people have a natural beautiful smile, and some just try, but can not achieve the desired effect. Believe it or not, the secret to beautiful smile lies in a few simple steps that each of us should take. We recommend five steps that will lead you to the beautiful white smile

1. Take enough time to care for your teeth, to cut spring care they deserve

Did you know that proper brushing you need 2 to 3 minutes, although many of us spend more than 30 seconds. Why long brushing is very important? It is the bacteria. Millions of bacteria live in our mouth. Fed with the food which remains stuck to our teeth after our every meal. The product of this is the acid that destroys our teeth, eroding glekjta. Thanks to this process occurs cavities. Lengthy brushing allows almost complete removal of germs from all surfaces of the teeth. With only two to three minutes properly brushing morning and evening, you say goodbye to cavities.

2. Use floss

You've heard it at least once a day should use floss teeth? Again because of bacteria in the mouth. Fleeing from the toothbrush, bacteria hide in inaccessible places for her teeth. There they Ahead to feed and produce acid that attacks our teeth. The worst is that they linger here very long, and attack the tissue around the tooth causing its inflammation. Regular use of dental floss toothbrush removes bacteria while removing the problems that they cause.

3. Proper nutrition

Did you know that not only the mild things are harmful to teeth. The bacteria feed on the sugars and other foods that we eat every day, such as fruit, peanuts, crackers, potato, corn and the like. Especially dangerous products that stick to the teeth and difficult to remove, because it is a constant source of energy for bacteria. What can you do to protect yourself? Good brushing course comes first. If you are unable to wash your teeth, it is enough to rinse your mouth well so you do not outstanding bits of food that feeds the bacteria. Chewing gum without sugar also helps, because it stimulate the secretion of more saliva which washes the teeth. It is the natural guardian of our teeth.

4. Stop brushing too hard

According to world statistics, two out of three patients who responded to the dentist for treatment of teeth, brush too hard. It requires only a small pressure on the brush teeth to remove bacteria. Unfortunately most of our patients, apply force three to four times greater than is required. From the use of too much pressure on the teeth are damaged and dental necks, teeth become sensitive, gums start to bleed, it can also occur caries of the neck of the root decay. Therefore we advise our patients to use little power, and proper technique of brushing the teeth to clean the teeth as best they can, while protecting them and gums.

5. Reduce your intake of coffee or tea during the day

Believe it or not, drinking coffee and tea is the biggest threat to your smile. Stains from coffee or tea alter the color of teeth. Your teeth naturally white, yellow. Worst of all is the habit of some people to drink coffee or tea a bit throughout the day. Thus supplying the bacteria with a constant source of sugar throughout the day, they produce acid that destroys teeth again. Also drinking coffee or tea throughout the day can cause small cracks teeth because intake of hot-cold fluid and temperature changes in the mouth.
